When will you ship my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days with Swiss Post. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you via email.

Please note that some of our products are not available in our Canada, Australia, and New Zealand catalog.
For our customers in the United Kingdom: We sell some of our products on Etsy who can collect VAT on our behalf, which is required by Swiss Post to ship to your country. If you are interested in an item that is not on Etsy, please contact us and we will create a private listing for you.
For our customers in the United States: We are working on a PDDP (Postal Delivery Duty Paid) solution with Swiss Post and will be shipping to your country soon!
If you live in a country we don't currently ship to, please contact us and we will look into it!
Do I have to pay taxes and duties?
Our store does not collect taxes and duties during checkout.
If your delivery address is outside of Switzerland, you are liable for taxes and duties according to your country's regulations. By placing your order, you agree to pay any Customs fees to your country's postal service upon delivery.
