When will you ship my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days with Swiss Post. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you via email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Do I have to pay taxes and duties?

We collect taxes and duties ONLY for orders shipping to the United States via PDDP.

All other orders shipping internationally may be liable for Customs Duties and Fees according to your country's regulations. By placing your order, you agree to pay any incurred fees to your country's postal service upon delivery. Please note that we do not offer refunds for orders that have been returned because of failure/refusal to pay Customs Duties and Fees.

Orders shipping to a US address: All orders to the US ship Postal Delivery and Duties Paid (PDDP), which means that you do not have to pay anything extra when you receive your order. The shipping cost includes a 12 USD PDDP fee by Swiss Post, which is automatically waived for orders over 200 USD. Currently, PDDP shipping is the only way to ship orders to the United States via the Swiss Post.
